Wireguard ProtonVPN Peer Manager for Debian-based distros

This is an updated version which now supports enabling/disabling the active peer at boot-up.
Wireguard Peer Manager is just a bash script using zenity for the GUI. Functionality assumes
a Debian-based Linux distribution with native systemd-based networking and installation of
the following packages:

• wireguard -- meta pkg; installs wireguard-modules, wireguard-dkms, wireguard-tools
• openresolv -- allows multiple daemons to manage /etc/resolv.conf
• zenity -- provides graphical dialog boxes from shell scripts
• sudo -- provides limited super user privileges to specific users
• seahorse -- a front end for GnuPG; provides a SSH_ASKPASS tool

wpm.sh ( bash script; rename, place under ~/bin/, and run chmod 700 ~/bin/wpm.sh ).
